Key Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of success.

- Modern Sales Skills: Mastery of contemporary auto sales techniques, digital communication tools, and effective pipeline management.

- Customer First Mindset: Dedicated to delivering a premium, seamless buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

- Strong Motivation: Results-driven self-starter with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

- Licensing: Valid OMVIC license and a clean, valid Driver’s License required.
