Roll summary
We are seeking an experienced AI developer to design develop deploy and optimize AI powered applications leveraging large language models, machine learning, retrieval augmented generation, agentic AI frameworks, and cloud native AI services. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to build intelligent solutions that drive automation, product, and business value.

Key responsibilities:
AI and generative AI development

1. Design and develop AI/ generation AI applications using LLMs such as claude, gpt, and amazon Nova
2. Build Rag pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

Required qualification
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering data, science or related field.
3 plus years of software development experience
2 + years of AI or machine learning are generative AI experience




Solid programming schools in Python

Experience with:
Lang chain
Lang Graph
MCP (modal context protocol)
RAG architectures
Vector databases (pinecone, open search, chroma, Weaviate)
Rest APIs

Giving your focus on AI in sdlc, APMS, modernization, MCP hub, and agentic AI, I would specifically Target candidates with:

Generative AI plus rag experience
MCP server development
AWS bedrock expertise
Agent frameworks
Enterprise integration experience (Jira confluence, M365, APIs)
Financial services domain exposure
This profile should align more with senior AI engineer/it didn't take AI engineer than a traditional ML engineer
