Property Field Representative (On-Call)

Location: St Catharines

Leaso Property Management is looking for a reliable, resourceful, and professional Property Field Representative to act as our local presence in St Catharines .

This is an on-call, adaptable position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and takes pride in solving problems. You will serve as our "boots on the ground," representing our company with tenants, contractors, and prospective residents while ensuring our properties are well cared for.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct rental showings for prospective tenants
- Complete move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
- Perform visual property checks and report maintenance concerns
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground by identifying issues before they become problems
- Meet contractors, inspectors, and service providers at properties when required
- Respond to tenant needs that require an in-person visit
- Deliver notices, keys, lockboxes, and other property-related items
- Pick up and deliver materials or supplies to job sites
- Take high-quality photos and videos of properties for documentation and marketing
- Complete detailed inspection reports using a smartphone or tablet
- Communicate regularly with our property management team regarding property conditions and tenant interactions




- Perform light handyman or troubleshooting tasks when appropriate
- Handle miscellaneous property-related errands as needed

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, email, and cloud-based software
- Observant and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and available on short notice when needed

Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
- Clean and professional appearance
- Property management, maintenance, real estate, or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Position Details

- Hours will vary based on business needs
