Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and front-of-house areas.




- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support team members during busy periods by serving customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
