Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Millwork Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom woodwork, cabinetry, and other millwork components with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces in residential, commercial, and renovation projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials and techniques, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications and safety standards.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute millwork installations.
- Install cabinetry, wood paneling, siding, flooring, tile, and other custom wood products using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall finishing, roofing, siding, and caulking as needed for project completion.
- Assist with masonry work, plumbing, electrical tasks, and heavy lifting to support comprehensive construction projects.
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repairs and woodworking touch-ups to ensure seamless finishes.
- Measure spaces precisely and cut materials accurately using CNC machines or traditional woodworking tools.
- Maintain a protected work environment by following all safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in woodworking and millwork installation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings confidently.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and heavy machinery relevant to millwork installation.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, drywall finishing, masonry techniques, roofing, siding installation, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise craftsmanship.
- Valid experience or certifications in construction painting, handyman tasks, or related trades are a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
