We are currently building a talent pool of professional, customer-focused Event Security Guards for upcoming events throughout Vancouver and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities

- Provide a skilled and welcoming presence at assigned event locations.
- Monitor access points and control entry and exit of guests, staff, and vendors.
- Conduct foot patrols and maintain situational awareness throughout the event.
- Respond to incidents,



disturbances, and emergencies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with crowd management and line control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and directions to guests when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with event organizers, venue staff, emergency services, and fellow team members.

Requirements

- Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence.
- 1 year of event security experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Previous security, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is considered an asset.
