Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Associate to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting our e-commerce operations. This position requires robust analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools to effectively monitor inventory trends and optimize stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to support order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
- Repairs / Maintenance to be scheduled for any repairs
- Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, including incoming and outgoing stock.
- Assist in the physical counting of inventory during audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Experience
- Previous experience in inventory or related fields is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
