Job Overview
As a FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems that comply with industry regulations, including ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP. What you’ll do
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform quality inspections.
- Analyze data collected from various quality control measures to identify trends and enhance product safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of vision inspection systems to enhance product inspection accuracy.
- Train staff on quality management practices and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills for effective QA/QC processes.
Basic qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with quality management systems including ISO 9001.
- Experience in manufacturing environments focused on food safety or related industries.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Calypso software for data analysis.
- Experience conducting quality inspections using various precision measuring instruments.
- Proven track record in managing quality assurance programs within regulated environments.
