What You'll Do

- Educate individuals and families on life insurance and protection solutions
- Recommend products that fit each client's needs and budget
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process




- Build long-term relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Work alongside your manager to achieve personal and professional goals

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional, dependable, and coachable
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Minimum Requirements

- Laptop or desktop computer with a webcam
- Reliable internet connection
- Life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR LICENSE)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must reside in Ontario
