ARS Repair & Installation Services Inc. is seeking a highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse Lead / Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to independently manage daily warehouse operations.

This is a key leadership role in our small but fast-paced service operation. The successful candidate will take full ownership of inventory, stock ordering, logistics, technician support, and warehouse organization with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations independently on a daily basis
- Order stock, monitor inventory levels, and ensure parts availability
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies
- Prepare and stage parts, tools, and equipment for service technicians
- Manage and restock technician truck inventory to ensure readiness
- Coordinate logistics of parts and equipment between warehouse and field teams
- Process outbound shipments using courier systems such as Purolator and UPS
- Work with multiple platforms daily, including:
- Manufacturer ordering portals
- Supplier systems
- ARS internal inventory/service software
- Load and unload service vehicles as required




- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse setting
- Follow all safety procedures and company operational standards

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
- Reliable and trustworthy with a consistent work ethic
- Comfortable learning and using several computer-based systems and online portals
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with stock ordering and shipping coordination is a strong asset
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
