We are looking for a passionate and dedicated full time Sales Associate to join our high-end cosmetics retail team. If you have a genuine love for luxury beauty products and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.

Our ideal candidate is warm, positive, and committed to delivering outstanding, personalized service. You naturally build lasting relationships with clients by offering expert advice and thoughtful recommendations, helping to create a loyal customer base.

Given our diverse, multicultural clientele, cultural awareness is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred, and the ability to communicate with Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking clients will be a strong asset.

You bring professionalism in all interactions, whether with clients or team members, and are motivated to achieve individual, team, and corporate sales goals.



Your curiosity and enthusiasm for the beauty industry will be supported through ongoing training on new products and services, helping you grow your skills and your career with us.

In addition to client service, you will also support store operations, including:

- Visual merchandising
- Stock management and replenishment
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of the luxury retail market
- Preference given to those with a background in cosmetics and experience in high-end retail environments
