About the Role

Serving as a first point of contact for prospective families.

Supporting families throughout the full-cycle admissions process.

Managing application files and maintaining accurate records in our enrollment systems.

Contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for students,



families, and colleagues.

Collaborating with faculty and staff to support school operations and community goals.

What You Bring

Post Secondary degree is preferred

-5 years’ experience with admissions protocols in schools

Advanced computing skills are preferred

Strong discretion, organizational, and communication skills.

A cooperative, solution-focused approach.

Commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and community engagement.

Enthusiasm for working in a school environment.

Physical ability to conduct school tours and climb stairs
