Burke Group of Companies is looking for a dependable and hardworking Installer to join our Edmonton Sign Division.

Job Description:
Reporting to the install manager, you will be responsible for the installation of various interior and exterior signs in Edmonton and the surrounding area. This will involve driving to various locations and communicating with customers on site. This will also involve the use of scissor lifts, power tools and other equipment required as needed for installations.

Job duties will include:

- Complete surveys
- Drive company vehicles to installation sites
- Install signs and vinyl graphics safely and efficiently
- Communicate with co-workers and customers
- Document completed installs
- Complete and follow all company and site required safety processes and procedures
- Occasionally travel outside of Edmonton for multi-day installations
- Assist as needed in other areas of production

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience installing vinyl is required
- Experience installing interior and exterior signage




- Comfortable working from heights
- Able to work outdoors with availability for weekend and evening work as needed
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Positive attitude with positive communication skills
- Experience working with power tools
- Experience driving a trailer, bucket, or boom truck

License Requirements:

- Class 5 Drivers License (Driver’s Abstract Required)
- Valid Fall Protection certificate
- Valid Elevated Work Platform ticket certificate
- Background check required
- CSTS Training

Experience: Minimum of 3 Years in the sign industry required

Previous industry related references required
