We don’t do slow, and we definitely don’t micro-manage. We’re looking for a sharp, heavy-hitting barista (3–5 years in the game) who runs the floor with zero hesitation and moves with purpose.

THE SHIFT & THE HOURS

- Part-Time to Start: Right now, we’re filling Friday evenings and Saturday brunch. You’ve got to be good with PT hours off the jump—but if you bring the heat and don’t suck, we’ll always find extra hours for you.
- Day & Night Versatility: You love the nightlife, but you can shine in the morning too. Whether pulling espresso at peak brunch or running service on a Friday night, you bring the same energy.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE BAR

- 100% Reliability (Non-Negotiable): The crew needs to count on you. You show up on time, stay locked in, hold down the team, and put the mission first. The kitchen stays busy cooking—you handle the floor like a boss.
- Dialed-in Skills: You pull top-tier espresso shots, know your Cortados from your Con Pannas, carry three plates effortlessly, and clear the POS before the customer even asks for a receipt.
- Main Character Energy: Outgoing, fast,



and organized. You multitask naturally—staying ten moves ahead in your head while keeping the station spotless.
- Soundtrack Approved: Comfortable kicking off the shift with heavy metal, rap, or hip-hop on full blast.
