Join our Team! Nova Truck Centres is seeking a full-time Wash Bay Attendant / Detailer for our Dartmouth location.

Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday (30-minute lunch & two 15-minute breaks)

Responsibilities:

- Check-in and inspect trucks upon arrival
- Wash/wax/polish trucks
- Meticulously clean interiors of trucks
- Participate in the New Truck pre-delivery process as required
- Maintain a clean and organized wash bay
- Assist with general shop clean-up as required
- Contribute to the success of the Elite Support project by assisting with facility organization and cleanliness

Requirements:

- Some detailing experience preferred, ideally within trucking industry (but we will train if not)
- Experience with physically demanding tasks. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks safely and consistently, such as climbing, kneeling, reaching, or working in awkward positions as required by the task.
- Dependable, positive attitude and team player
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Professionalism, client focus, strong listening and verbal communication skills are required
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house programs
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a protected and healthy work environment
