Job Overview

We are seeking a Medium Voltage Project Manager to lead and oversee medium voltage electrical projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. As a key leader, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and drive project success through effective planning, execution, and communication. Your expertise will help shape reliable electrical systems that power communities and industries alike.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of medium voltage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Review and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide project development
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and subcontractor bidding to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage project documentation using Bluebeam and other construction management tools for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review schematics and ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor on-site activities for compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers,



and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction management or project management within the electrical or power distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of medium voltage systems, schematics reading, and civil/site work related to electrical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
- Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6 or similar scheduling platforms.
- Experience using construction management tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control and collaboration.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, organization, and multitasking across complex projects.
- Construction experience with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance practices is highly desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
