What You’ll Do:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the patient journey, helping individuals understand their orthodontic options while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Your role will involve:

✅ Sales & Patient Education:

- Guide patients through their customized treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand their options, procedures, and expected outcomes.
- Present financial plans, explain insurance coverage, and confidently discuss payment options to help patients say "yes" to treatment.
- Build trust and rapport with patients and families, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey.

✅ Organization & Coordination:

- Manage the treatment workflow by coordinating with the orthodontist, clinical team, and front desk to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Assist patients in scheduling their appointments, accommodating preferences while optimizing clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring seamless communication across all departments.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in a sales-focused role within a healthcare, dental, or orthodontic setting.
✅ Exceptional communication skills—confidently and empathetically guide patients toward treatment decisions.
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
✅ Tech-savvy, with proficiency in dental software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
