Responsibilities
- Conduct all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage account reconciliation processes to verify the accuracy of financial data across multiple ledgers.
- Lead budgeting processes, monitor variances, and provide detailed financial analysis to support organizational goals.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll using accounting software such as , Sage.
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Develop internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Skills
- Extensive experience with accounting software including Sage
