Registered Massage Therapist — Full-Time or Part-Time

Purity Health & Wellness is seeking a professional, dependable and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in South Edmonton.

With more than 12 years in the community, a large existing client base and a team of experienced healthcare practitioners, this is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to build or expand a successful practice. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Counselling, Reflexology and Reiki.

Responsibilities

- Provide safe, professional and individualized massage therapy treatments
- Complete appropriate client assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records




- Educate clients regarding self-care and ongoing treatment recommendations
- Maintain skilled boundaries and a high standard of client care
- Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every client

Requirements

- Completion of a recognized 2,200-hour massage therapy program
- Active membership in good standing with a recognized professional association
- Current professional liability insurance
- Eligibility to direct bill major insurance providers
- Strong communication, time-management and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and committed to building a long-term practice
- Evening or weekend availability is considered an asset

Experience in therapeutic, relaxation, deep-tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage or cupping massage is an asset but not required.
