Early Childhood Educator Level - 1, 2, or 3

Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
- Engage in caregiving activities such as feeding, diapering, and supervising outdoor play to ensure safety and well-being
- Observe and document each child's progress, sharing insights with families and team members regularly
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that align with early childhood education standards and best practices




- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning readiness

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management skills combined with a nurturing approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learners

Pay: $15.00-$26.62 per hour
