Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager specializing in Sign Manufacturing and Installation to lead our production and installation teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing processes, ensure seamless installation operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will ensure high-quality output, optimize supply chain efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards across all projects. Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of sign manufacturing operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee the installation process on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and other MRP tools to manage inventory levels, procurement, and production workflows efficiently.
- Implement process improvement strategies rooted in lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management for raw materials and finished goods.




- Monitor quality control procedures throughout manufacturing and installation phases to guarantee durable, high-quality signage products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing effective solutions for process enhancement.
- Manage cross-functional teams including production staff, assembly workers, and installation crews to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Experience

- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management within the signage or related industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings, assembly processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement strategies and inventory optimization.
- Experience overseeing quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of electrical work and electric lighting
- ESA certification preferred
