Position Available

Role Title: Inventory Coordinator

Role Description: The Inventory Coordinator supports our inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring products, supplies, and equipment are accurately received, prepared, and delivery to our sites, client sites, and project locations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring orders are accurate, properly documented, and ready when needed. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, attention to detail, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Location: Sudbury

Schedule: Full-Time – rotation

Duties & Responsibilities





- Track and coordinate product and supply orders from placement through delivery.
- Receive, review, and organize packing slips and order documentation.
- Verify incoming orders against packing slips and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or missing items.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries to company sites, clients, and project locations.
- Perform deliveries as required, ensuring products, supplies, and equipment arrive safely and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current, accurate, and readily accessible for all applicable products and sites.
- Monitor SDS requirements and coordinate updates when new products are introduced or information changes.
- Assist with preparing inventory, supplies, and equipment for jobs, projects, and operational requirements.
- Ensure equipment and materials are organized, accounted for, and ready for scheduled work.
- Coordinate and oversee delivery drivers, including assigning deliveries, confirming completion, and addressing delivery-related issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, managers, site teams, and other departments to ensure orders and deliveries are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory and preparation area.
- Follow company procedures related to inventory control, delivery documentation, safety, and product handling.




- Perform other related duties as required to support Dr Clean’s operations.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

- Previous experience in Inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, order fulfillment, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately verify orders, packing slips, and inventory records.
- Comfortable coordinating deliveries and managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience overseeing or coordinating drivers is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of SDS requirements and workplace chemical safety is considered an asset.
- Ability to safely handle and organize products, supplies, and equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment.
- Ability to perform deliveries and assist with physical preparation of orders and equipment.
- Experience in the cleaning, industrial, janitorial, or service industry is considered an asset.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with own mode of transportation.
- Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada.
- Must be flexible and available on evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs.
- Bilingual – English, French and Spanish considered an asset.
