Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Level 1 (General Duties)

Location: Surrey / Langley, BC (On-Site)

About the Role

Powerhouse Building Solutions is growing fast, and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on team members who want to build their skills and grow with us. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help ensure our products move safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll join a close-knit team where effort, learning, and teamwork are recognized and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload materials safely using appropriate equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
- Follow all safety and PPE procedures
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock organization
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as required

What Success Looks Like

- Orders picked and shipped on time with high accuracy
- Work area kept clean, organized, and safe
- Contributes to smooth warehouse flow and teamwork
- Participates in daily huddles and 5S routines

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly Rate: Powerhouse Grade 1 Warehouse position — $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Benefits: Extended health/dental, , and performance-based bonus eligibility
