We are Looking for a Dispatcher to Join Our Team in Mississauga!

Job Description:

Full Time position.

Working Hours:

Dayshift (approximately 70% of the year), Afternoons (approximately 25% of the year), and Nightshift (approximately 5% of the years).

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience).

Floating, Coordinating, Managing, and Dispatching Line Haul Fleet.

Ensuring Timely Resolution of Customer Inquiries, Concerns and Problems.

Communicating Pickup and Delivery Updates to the Customers.

Updating Delivery Information into the System, Monitoring Trailers, and Processing Paperwork (Pickup/ Delivery/ Cross Dock) as Required.

Reporting to a Supervisor and Coordinating with Safety and Other Departments.

Requirements:





Previous Truck Dispatch Experience is a Must.

Awareness of Highway Traffic Act, Hours of Service Laws, Weight Restrictions and etc. is a Must.

Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills are Assets.

Previous Dispatch Software Experience and Computer Skills are Assets.

Valuable Attitude is an Asset (Punctual and Motivated Person).
