As manager of our Mic Mac location, you have the unique opportunity to build and manage a team to provide amazing customer service to not only our skate and street wear community, but also to our snow community as well.

The store manager is responsible for:

Building Depth:

Driving short and long term goals with staff, working to develop the next great store manager and prospecting amazing sales talent. Working daily on certification of tools and programs to help build and develop teams to execute sales, tasks, and projects.

Driving Sales:

Store managers are responsible for setting and executing sales targets, setting expectation with company directed KPI's, and holding teams accountable to goals. Monitoring hourly, daily and weekly goals,



working to never miss a customer is our main goal.

Cycle Execution Strategies:

Store managers execute company given strategies to maximize their business. This helps Managers to control payroll and loss prevention and inventories, localize merchandizing, and networking, interviewing and hiring to support employee depth.
