What We Offer:

- Instructor Training & Licensing: Training for your Driver Instructor training and license, company willing to assist with some of the training. To be negotiated. Candidate is expected to be willing to invest in their own future aswell.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose your schedule shifts, Minimum 20 hrs weekly including days, afternoon/ evening and 1 day per weekend are required.
- Use Your Own Vehicle: Provide a late-model car 4 years or newer and must maintain, no older then 6 years old, we will install the required instructor brake and signage.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

- At least 5 years of driving experience
- A clean driving record
- A current OPP Police Clearance Report

The next Instructor Training Course begins





October 19 to November 13, 2026

November 16 to December 11, 2026

All in-car training in Woodbridge, sudbury, Barrie, Ottawa, or other areas.

Monday all day online at home Huntsville,

Out of town training - Tuesday to Friday 1/2 days in car training and 1/2 days online class learning. Finacial cost incurred in this course.

Upon successful completion of the 4-week course and passing the Provincial Driving Test plus G1,G2&G; retake successfully completed, clean criminal record check, vehicle certification, you’ll officially join our team as a licensed Driving Instructor. This is not a quick process, 4 Weeks Training plus approval times.

Responsibilities

- Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to each learner’s skill level and learning style
- Demonstrate safe driving techniques, traffic laws, and vehicle handling skills effectively
- Assess learners’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills
- Prepare students for licensing tests by reviewing test requirements and conducting mock exams
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, progress reports, and learner evaluations
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during instruction sessions at all times
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that motivates learners to achieve their best

Skills





- Strong tutoring and teaching abilities with a passion for education
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback
- Classroom experience or prior experience in instructional roles is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of traffic laws, road safety practices, and vehicle operation
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate diverse learners
- Ability to assess individual learner needs and tailor instruction accordingly
