We are hiring for a Hydrovac Labourer (Swamper). Previous construction or oil and gas training an asset but will train the right individual. Mechanical background would also be an asset. The successful candidate is detail orientated and a valuable team player, who follows safe work procedures and has strong work ethics. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience assistant or operating hydrovac trucks an asset
- Safety Tickets (First Aid & AED/CPR, Ground Disturbance Level 2, TDG, WHIMS, H2S and CSO/CSTS) are an asset ... will assist in providing tickets to commence employment
- Be physically fit for the labor work required on this job (Pre-employment physical fit test and Point of Care Testing (POCT) will be scheduled before hire).
- Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
- Ability to work with a team




- Solid verbal and written communication skills

JOB ROLE:

- Responsible for the successful completion of hydro-excavation projects through trenching, jetting or daylighting
- Assist Hydrovac Operator for safe operation of Hydrovac unit and job site
- Assistance in completion of safety documentation, pre-trip and post-trip hazard assessments
- Compliance with all OHS regulations and Safety Manual and Standards
