We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized Painting Services Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing residential and/or commercial painting projects, preparing accurate and competitive quotes, and helping clients understand the scope, process, and value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver professional estimates using estimating software and company templates.
- Identify materials, labour, and equipment required for each project.
- Follow up on open estimates to answer questions and close sales.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate handoff and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, customer interactions, and job details.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating systems and sales processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the painting or construction industry preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans an asset, but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid math and computer skills are important.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
