Fundy Textile & Design Limited is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our E-Store Fulfillment Department in an administrative and customer service role.

This position is an important part of our e-store operation. The successful candidate will help manage orders from the time they are received through order entry, receiving, fulfillment, customer service, and shipping.

Responsibilities

· Receive and process incoming e-store orders

· Enter customer orders accurately into our computer system

· Review orders for accuracy and completeness

· Provide customer service by phone and email

· Respond to customer questions regarding orders, products, shipping, and order status

· Assist with receiving incoming merchandise

· Prepare and process orders for shipping

· Coordinate shipping and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

· Track orders and follow up on outstanding items

· Communicate with the fulfillment, purchasing, production, and shipping teams as required

· Assist with resolving order issues, shortages, backorders, and shipping concerns

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Perform general administrative duties related to the e-store fulfillment operation

· Able to manage multiple orders and priorities at the same time

· Comfortable following established procedures and learning new computer systems

· Able to identify problems and follow through to find solutions

· Professional and friendly when dealing with customers and coworkers

Previous experience in administration, order entry, customer service, e-commerce, shipping, or fulfillment would be an asset. Experience with garment or promotional product businesses is helpful but not required.

You will be working with a team to ensure that e-store orders are entered correctly, processed efficiently, and delivered to our customers as expected.
