The Role
We are hiring experienced Sales Representatives to manage and grow territories across Canada and the USA. This is a commission-only role with a tiered commission structure (18%–22%). You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead nurturing, presenting products, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a defined sales territory (Canada or USA).
- Identify and prospect new salon and professional accounts.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for clients.
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent ongoing account management and support to retain and expand business.
- Report activity and results to head office; collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- While we will consider candidates for part-time status, mandatory training and sales meetings will be conducted during business hours.

Compensation

- Commission-only, tiered: 18%–22% (based on performance tiers). Salary range will be completely dependent on motivation to

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (business-to-business; NOT retail).
- Quick learner - our products are complex and will require a thorough understanding in order to be successful in sales.
- Proven track record managing and growing a territory from prospecting through long-term client care.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




- Reliable remote-work setup and ability to travel within your territory as needed.
- Experience in the aesthetic, nail, hair or barbering industry will be a strong asset as intensive product and technical knowledge will be required to present our product ranges.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the professional beauty industry (strong advantage).
- Bilingual English + French or Spanish (advantage).
- Existing salon/professional network in your territory (advantage).
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms; comfortable creating and sharing digital marketing content.
- Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada or the USA; Bio Sculpture Canada cannot assist with or sponsor work permits or visas.
