We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labourers to assist with the setup, operation, and takedown of temporary pop-up retail locations. This is a hands-on position involving loading and unloading products, assembling tables and displays, organizing inventory, moving materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload products, inventory, tables, displays, and other materials.
- Assist with setting up and taking down temporary retail spaces and pop-up shops.
- Assemble and disassemble tables, shelving, displays, and other equipment.
- Move boxes, inventory, and supplies throughout the work area.
- Pack and unpack merchandise and inventory.
- Organize products and materials for efficient setup and storage.
- Assist with sorting, stacking, and preparing inventory as required.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Break down boxes and dispose of packaging and other waste.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist with other general labour duties as required.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications





- Previous general labour, warehouse, moving, event setup, retail setup, or similar experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move boxes, tables, and other materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical work and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently.
- Willingness to assist with a variety of duties as needs change throughout the shift.
- CSA-approved safety footwear may be required depending on the worksite.
