Job Overview
We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Shop/Office/Yard Attendant to assist with maintaining a secure, clean, and organized yard and facility.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop, office and yard, including proper storage of inventory and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading boxed material, cable reels from suppliers with a SKID STEER or moving small machinery such as excavators or trailers
- Operate equipment safely, including lawn mower, grass trimmer, snow spreader during winter months
- Perform DAILY/Monthly/Yearly routine audits on vehicles, tools and machinery to ensure optimal preventative maintenance performance




- Coordinate garbage disposal; empty trash and multiple waste containers
- Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop and disinfect work areas
- Clean and maintain washrooms and fixtures
- Have a strong commitment to safety
- Follow policies & procedures
- Work safely under Fleet Management using directed PPE

Experience

- Skid steer knowledge a MUST (Proven - training/certification)
- Valid class G or higher license (with clean abstract)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Dependable (arrive on time) and able to work independently
- A positive attitude, team player and motivator

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
