We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Bartender to join our team at Trofi restaurant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of mixology and gain experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. While initially, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring drinks, your role may evolve into that of a bartender/server over time.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and pour a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Learn the art of mixology and develop a deep understanding of various types of beverages and techniques
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

- No prior experience required, but preferred - we are willing to train the right candidate




- A passion for learning and developing new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
