Position Summary
We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, and motivated Site Administrator to join our team on a remote civil construction project in Northern Saskatchewan. The Site Administrator plays an important role in supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring communication, documentation, workforce coordination, and administrative processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and site mobilizations.
- Maintain employee rosters, schedules, and personnel records.
- Coordinate camp accommodations and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, LEMs, timesheets, and project documentation.
- Assist with payroll and employee hour tracking.
- Support equipment, maintenance, safety, and operations teams with administrative requirements.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- Track documentation and ensure required information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, management, clients, and vendors.
- Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction, civil earthworks, mining, or another industrial environment.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with LEMs, workforce coordination, camp bookings, or project documentation is considered an asset.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
