The Opportunity: We're looking for a Registered Acupuncturist, TCM Practitioner or Doctor of TCM who wants to build a meaningful practice within a connected, values-driven team. This contractor role offers real clinical autonomy alongside the warmth and support of a multidisciplinary team.

- Storage — for those who require storage of herbs and supplies, we have plenty
- Practitioner lounge — a designated space away from the oasis and treatment room for our staff and practitioners to decompress, have lunch, chart, chat etc.
- Opportunities to lead workshops — our oasis space was designed so that it may be easily transformed into a workshop space for our practitioners to use

What You'll Do

- Please note we are specifically hiring an acupuncturist who is willing to work on the weekends.
- We'd love to see experience with facial acupuncture, but a real interest in learning it works too.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments with a functional, root-cause lens — including detailed health histories, physical exams, and relevant diagnostic intake.
- Develop personalized treatment plans drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, herbal medicine, and lifestyle medicine.
- Educate and empower patients with practical wellness strategies and preventive care guidance.
- Maintain thorough, accurate patient records in compliance with BC regulations.




- Collaborate and cross-refer with Lumera's broader care team to ensure patients receive truly integrated support.

Who You Are

- Licensed in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
- Curious, growth-minded, and genuinely invested in your patients' long-term outcomes.
- A warm, patient-centered communicator who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with patients.
- Collaborative by nature — you thrive in a team setting and value the input of other practitioners.

Compensation & Structure We offer a 75/25 revenue split in your favour — because we believe practitioners who feel valued do their best work. For those who prefer it, room rental options are also available and structured around your individual practice needs. We're happy to find the right fit together.
