Responsibilities

-Hold open houses regularly, utilizing marketing materials and communication strategies to ensure maximum target audience exposure.

-Consistently network and market to prospect for new Clients,



including through various platforms such as social media and real estate websites.

-Primary duties include follow-ups and calls with potential clients, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline ensuring that prospects are tracked accordingly.

Qualifications

-Must have a valid Real Estate License

-Willingness to learn current tools, systems, and technologies related to the real estate profession in order to stay competitive in the industry.

-Always displays a positive attitude and is an excellent communicator both written and verbally with clients at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
