Healthcare Professional (RRT/ RN/ RPN) – Belleville, Ontario

We use best-in-class proprietary clinical protocols and state-of-the-art respiratory equipment to help patients across Ontario breathe easier and sleep well.

We're looking for a full-time, permanent Healthcare Professional – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – to join our Belleville team. You'll initiate CPAP, AUTO, Bi-PAP, home oxygen, and other prescribed respiratory therapies, working directly with clients, referral sources, and funding agencies to deliver the highest level of patient care.

What You'll Do

- Initiate oxygen, CPAP, Bi-PAP, and other prescribed respiratory therapies in clients' homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow-up to ensure equipment performance and compliance
- Fit clients with appropriate mask interfaces and CPAP units, and obtain informed consent to initiate therapy
- Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning of medical devices
- Promote oxygen and PAP therapy to referral sources, including educational in-services to medical/healthcare communities and support groups, to expand brand awareness in your assigned market
- Manage client relationships and guide team members on delivering service consistent with our Customer Service Standards
- Facilitate payment by preparing funding documents and maintaining knowledge of funding programs




- Protect clients and employees by adhering to safety and infection control policies and protocols
- Prepare reports and on-call activities, and maintain accountability for equipment maintenance and security
- Attend workshops and education sessions to keep product knowledge current

What We're Looking For

- Registered Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse with current registration in positive standing and licensed to practice in Ontario
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, oral) required
- Clean driver's abstract
- Knowledge of respiratory equipment (POCs, CPAP, spirometry) and strong cardio-respiratory assessment skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar software, and CRM/EMR systems
- Professional, friendly interpersonal skills with solid customer service values and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Current Basic Rescuer CPR and First Aid training is an asset
