Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Indian Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for authentic Indian cuisine, excellent food handling skills, and a robust background in food preparation and service. Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards
- Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining high levels of customer service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling of ingredients
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and serving duties
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant or catering service





Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service, particularly in Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards within the food industry
- Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations in a restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.20-$17.52 per hour
