Position Details

- Base wage of $22.14 per hour
- Afternoon shift premium of $0.75 per hour
- Midnight shift premium of $1.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Overtime pay after 40 hours

Schedule:

- Swing shift rotating between days from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and afternoons from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Midnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Full time availability for 40 hours per week is required
- Overtime may be available or required

Start dates vary based on available openings.

What You Will Be Doing

Printing Production Associates may work in different departments based on operational requirements. Training will be provided for the assigned department.

Common duties include:

- Operating printing equipment to complete customer orders
- Receiving, sorting and putting away inventory
- Inspecting finished products for quality
- Scanning, packaging and organizing products
- Retrieving printed materials and banding individual orders
- Picking and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Building, packing, securing and labelling boxes
- Using scanners to process products and orders
- Following instructions displayed on equipment screens
- Troubleshooting basic production issues
- Following safety procedures and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation





Position Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or fast paced work setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work eight hour shifts and overtime when required
- Ability to meet production expectations and deadlines
- CSA approved safety boots and safety glasses
- Reliable transportation, as the facility is not located on a bus route
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using both hands
