We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive and motivated team.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor food handling practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the kitchen and serving areas.
- Coordinate food industry best practices in serving, hospitality, and kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.




- Implement inventory control measures, manage supply orders, and oversee food safety protocols to uphold high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience within the restaurant or food service industry with strong team management skills.
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience; familiarity with various culinary techniques is preferred.
- Experience operating POS systems ; adept at cash handling and transaction processing.
- Demonstrated leadership in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and health standards applicable to the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus; familiarity with the food industry’s diverse roles enhances versatility in managing restaurant operations.
