We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance and repair operations within a busy service facility. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards
- Lead and coordinate a team of mechanics and technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Review repair schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures to guide troubleshooting efforts
- Allocate tasks effectively among team members based on skill levels and workload demands
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies at all times
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs, parts inventory, and service reports
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines,



and technical issues to ensure transparency and excellent customer service

Skills

- Proven experience in dealership or industrial equipment repair with strong mechanical knowledge
- Hands-on expertise with heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery
- Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and electrical testing devices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams accurately
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, automotive repair techniques, and industrial equipment assembly
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for managing maintenance schedules and inventory control
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation standards and safety procedures
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
