Job Summary

Phenix is looking for an experienced Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician to join our team in Toronto.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience, an Aesthetician diploma or certification, and hands-on experience performing advanced facial and body treatments.

The ideal candidate is confident working with clients, knowledgeable about aesthetic treatments and skincare, and comfortable recommending treatment plans, packages, and products based on each client's individual needs.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician
- Valid Aesthetician diploma or certification
- Experience performing Hydrofacials
- Experience with Microneedling
- Experience performing RF (Radio Frequency) body treatments
- Experience with facial and body treatments
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatment protocols, sanitation, and client safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently recommend treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Sales experience is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

- Perform professional facial and body treatments
- Perform Hydrofacials, Microneedling, RF treatments,



and other aesthetic services offered by the clinic
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
- Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Educate clients about treatments, aftercare, and skincare products
- Recommend treatment packages and products when appropriate
- Maintain treatment rooms according to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate client records
- Assist with scheduling and client follow-up when needed
- Provide an excellent and qualified client experience

Schedule

We are open to candidates looking for:

- Full-time employment, or
- 3–4 days per week

Weekend availability may be required depending on the schedule.
