Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Crew Member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional manner
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality presentation
- Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment




- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling, or portioning ingredients when necessary

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry roles is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
