default hours would be: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Established residential property management firm is seeking a full-time Account Co-

ordinator. Our staff is friendly and welcoming. We are looking for someone who wants to

have a future with the company and who wants to be appreciated and rewarded for hard

work. The position involves fielding maintenance requests and coordinating/scheduling

repairs at the various properties we manage.

Description:

The primary duty of the job is to manage various repairs at different properties we

manage, as they are brought to our attention by tenants and owners. You will manage

all the incoming calls/emails, communication with the property owners/tenants,

scheduling, invoicing, etc. We have an in house general contractor who does most of

the repairs. For more complex jobs, we have access to 3 rd party plumbers, electricians,

etc. Great people skills and professionalism are very important. This is an exciting

opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems,



is organized, detail oriented.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

- Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, communication, and time management skills

- Positive, punctual, friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude

Salary/Wage/Benefits:

The starting pay is $50k per year. If you can prove to be a hard-working, dedicated, and

skilled employee, you will be rewarded with increased salary, bonuses, and/or

opportunities over time.

The position includes 3 weeks paid vacation and 5 paid sick days.

Company vehicle provided for work purposes only. Gas and insurance paid for by the

company.
