**Monday to Thursday | 3:30 pm - 2 am**

You'll work in a fast-paced production environment assembling, cutting, sanding, and packaging engineered wood products while developing valuable manufacturing and carpentry skills.

**What You'll Do**

+ Cut, measure, assemble, and package timber components.
+ Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production instructions.
+ Operate hand and power tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and sanders.
+ Sand, finish, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
+ Assist with material handling, packaging, and general shop duties.
+ Maintain a safe and organized work area.
+ Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities.

**What We're Looking For**

**Required**

+ Experience using hand and power tools.
+ Construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Comfortable with physical work and lifting throughout the shift.
+ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
+ Steel-toe boots.

**Preferred**

+ Blueprint or shop drawing experience.
+ Framing, woodworking, or production experience.
+ Experience with saws, sanders, or wood processing equipment.
+ Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing or construction.

**Work Environment**

Work in a busy indoor timber manufacturing facility producing structural wood products.

The role involves operating power tools, handling materials, and working alongside a collaborative team in a quick-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Abbotsford, BC.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Abbotsford,BC.
