THE ROLE
Scotlynn is hiring a Driver Recruiter with proven experience as an AZ driver and/or strong experience in the transportation industry.
As part of our Driver Recruiting Team, you will:
- Attract, network, interview, and hire AZ Drivers
- Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events
- Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met
- Represent Scotlynn at trade shows, info sessions, and recruitment fairs
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in transportation / logistics industry
- Tech-savvy with experience with Microsoft suite products
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
- Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
YOUR COMMITMENT
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend support for hiring events
