On behalf of Karcher North America’s management team, I wish to extend to you the following offer of employment. Your position will be Customer Service Representative, reporting to Kate Collier. In this position; you will receive a salary of $14.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

As a Karcher North America employee, you will be eligible to participate in the group insurance benefits the first of the month following one month of employment. Also, as a Karcher employee, you will be able to participate in the 401K Plan the first of the month following three months of employment. You will also be able to rollover any funds from a qualified plan. You will accrue vacation time at a bi-weekly rate of 3.08 hours, which is equivalent to 80 hours per year.

This offer is contingent upon verification of job applicable information submitted on your application, an acceptable driving record, a successful pre-employment drug screen, execution of a Confidentiality Agreement,



a background check, and verification of work authorization as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
