Summary

Our company is looking for a dependable and hard-working cleaner that will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary environment in assigned facilities. The chosen candidate will be expected to ensure that all cleaning responsibilities are performed to the standard established by our company. The role requires attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team or independently.

Job Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Disinfecting touch surfaces including but not limited to: door handles, light switches, taps, fountains, counters, time clocks etc.

Clean windows/glass and keep blinds dust free.

Cleaning and restocking restrooms, breakrooms, lunchrooms etc.

Emptying wastebaskets, removing trash, sorting recyclables

Safely use floor equipment (scrubbers, buffers, etc.)

Standing, walking, crouching, stooping, bending, pushing, twisting and pulling are required for various cleaning activities





Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills

Own reliable transportation is required

Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods

Perform a wide range of clean up tasks that require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to adhere to all safety protocols

Ability to work in different environmental conditions (both indoor and outdoor as well as in hot/cold conditions)

Ability to be bonded and pass a background check

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Own transportation (preferred)
