Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble shawarma and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- Cook meats and vegetables using appropriate techniques to ensure quality and consistency
- Serve customers efficiently with friendly, attentive service, taking orders accurately and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards




- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods to support smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cooking appliances, and kitchen equipment

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with serving customers and food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is a plus
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry will help you excel in this role
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service
