Licensed Practical Nurse — Clinical Care Coordinator (Casual/Part time)

Vivo Cura Healthcare is a multidisciplinary clinic supporting people with muscle and joint pain. Our team works together to help patients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

We are seeking compassionate, organized Licensed Practical Nurses to join us as Clinical Care Coordinator on a casual, part-time, and full-time basis. This role includes a blend of patient-facing, administrative, procedure-area, and recovery support responsibilities. Shifts are scheduled based on clinic needs and mutual availability.

What you’ll do

- Act as a point of contact between patients and their clinical care team
- Help triage and onboard new patients
- Keep electronic patient records accurate and up to date
- Prepare clear case summaries and support clinicians during patient assessments and treatment
- Explain proposed treatment plans and follow up with patients during their care
- Provide clinical support in procedure and recovery areas, including preparing and moving equipment, assisting with patient flow and comfort, and supporting the care team as needed
- Receive training for additional responsibilities, where appropriate, in accordance with qualifications, scope of practice,



and clinic protocols
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Follow clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Assist with other clinic-related duties as needed

What you bring

- Current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support—Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- A patient-centred, compassionate approach to care
- Comfort using computers and electronic medical-record systems; Accuro experience is an asset
- Medication-management experience is an asset
- Experience in a musculoskeletal, procedure-based, or clinical pain-management setting is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
